To celebrate his own 1904 St. Louis World's Fair Gold Medal victory, Jack created a special carafe to be given as a gift to those who helped make his award-winning whiskey. Years later, in 1971, the Distillery released a half gallon Replica carafe very similar to the one Jack had made, except that it was slightly higher and had no gold bands in the glass like the original.

In 2004 another replica was released to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the 1904 Gold medal. In Europe in a 1500ml cardboard box and in the United States 1750ml in a luxury wooden showcase. This article concerns the European version.
