1 SHIPPING & PAYMENTS
1.1 Do you ship to: United States - Australia - South Africa
We do: for shipments to NON EU countries you have to choose the in my box option. If you do that we will start a box here for you to do combine shipping on multiple orders. Sweet spot for best value shipping to the US etc is 4-6 bottles. It is also possible to ship direct. Just send us a message and we will put you on the shippinglist. When your parcel is packed we will check the actual shipping costs with UPS and send you an invoice for the shipping costs. We charge actual shipping costs and even the discounts we get from them you will get from us.
1.2 How much is shipping to the UK
Shipping with POSTNL - Track and Trace
0 - 2 kilo = € 18,50
2 - 5 kilo = € 25,--
5 - 10 kilo = € 31,--
10 - 20 kilo = € 40,--
1.3 How do i pay an order or invoice?
You can find the order in your account in our webshop. I will send you the link. If you go to the order you want to pay you see "VIEW" at the end of the line. Click this. (if you don't see "VIEW" please turn your phone 1 time or scroll to the left.) 1.4 How fast do you ship?
We do our best to send out as quick as possible. In general we count on 1-3 working days before it leaves here. We are just a small operation and we send highly fragile items - so packing and shipping may take some time.
1.5 Is my parcel shipped already?
You will always get updates from your order in your email. Please also check the spam box for updates.
1.6 I paid but i got an email about a pending payment?
Payments made by banktransfer may take up to 3 days to be processed by Mollie(the paymentservice we use). If you used a different payment option please check again in 24 hours if payment is processed. PLEASE: with payment make sure you make all the steps correct as descripted by Mollie. Only when everything is correct payments will be processed.
1.7 I send a question by email/ticket/messenger/app/etc and didn't get a respons so far?
We do our best to send everybody as quick as possible answers to their questions. But we are a small company and we just can do 1 thing at a time. Please be patient and be sure we try to be as quick as possible. PLEASE: we like to urge you to just send your question in 1 way and not on all the channels we provide - this absoprs a lot of time, time we rather spend answering your questions, finding new items or pack and ship your items. Thank you.
1.8 Higher prices then when i buy from other collectors or from online stores?
There are a couple of reasons for this:
- We sell items from all over the globe, this comes with a lot of costs to get them to our store (customs, shipping, risk, etc)
- We spend a lot of time sourcing items and nobody works for free ;)
- We are a legit business, so we have to pay all Duty's, Taxes, Rent, Staff, Risk and general company costs
- We take a lot of risk to get certain bottles in our store, if you buy with us the risk is all ours: breakage, damage, lost bottles, etc etc etc
