SHIPPING

• We ship our packages in the most European countries with PostNL.
• We also use the services of UPS for worldwide shipping or European customers who would prefer them.
• We use the best possible packaging materials. Here you can think of parafilm for older and fragile bottles to keep leak tight.
• For shipment we use double layer cardboard boxes and Uni bag inflatable packaging to ensure the best possible result.

BOXES AND PICK-UP
As a collector we know that hobbies (all hobbies) cost a lot of money. This is why we think along with you at Jack's Safe. "In my box!" is a way to save a lot of money on your shipping costs. For more information check out our "In my box!" page.

WANTED

Have you been searching for a particular item or special bottle for a long time? Let us know and maybe we can provide you with the desired items within our network.If not, we keep an eye open for you. What should you do: Just send a short email to WANTED with the item you are looking for, your email address and your phone number. We will do our best to delete these items from your wish list as soon as possible.

AUCTIONS

Auctions, a fun and exciting way to expand your collection. At least that's what we think :). We have a Jack's Safe Facebook group where we occasionally have auctions and special evenings. Perhaps nice for you. It concerns this group: Jack's Safe Facebookgroup.

RETURNS

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase at Jack's Safe. Your satisfaction is our greatest driving force and best advertising.

• In the unlikely event that your order does not meet your expectations, for example due to damage or incorrect delivery, you can return your items free of charge;
• We will reimburse our products or return the amount of the goods to you within 14 days;
• You have the right to change your mind 14 days after receipt of the goods and to return the goods (except clean-up, personalized items)
• The returned products must be in good condition, packed in their own packaging and returned in the original shipping packaging.
  
  

RETURN ITEMS

• You are responsible for the proper packaging of the items that you return to us. Unless it is a mistake on our part or a damaged product, the costs for returning to us are for your own account;
• In addition to the good packaging, insurance for the package to be sent is also recommended. This prevents unnecessary costs for you if something goes wrong with shipping.

• When returning, please send a copy of the order or invoice stating which products you want to return, the numbers and the reason for return for each item.
• Please do not forget to return the goods as good as possible and to return them in their original packaging.
