At the beginning of 1988 Jack Daniel's introduced a new addition to their Family for the first time in many Years: Gentleman Jack. The 40% strong whiskey is known for its soft taste. On the one hand this is due to its lower levels of Barrel houses on the other hand the extra mellowing gives it an even softer taste.
Since 1988 it has become a man's favourite.
